Leadership is one of the most common challenges fast-growing companies face. To support our member companies we have designed L&D programmes that give members actionable leadership skills to propel themselves forward in their leadership journey.
We like to live our values every day because they give air time to the things we believe in, and our point of view in the world. As a way of embracing these values, we host a variety of events to celebrate and provoke new ways of thinking.
Whether you're 'Working From Home' or commuting to work, the workplace is wherever we choose to do our work. More than ever we're tuning into our health at work, and to make sure we've got you covered, Techspace host free classes in person and online to keep you fit, and connected.
Talks are regular in person events, hosted by Techspace specifically for our members. These talks are designed to educate and inspire. Join us for a light lunch, midweek, and sit back and enjoy the sessions we have in store. From negotiation 101, to presentation skills, we'll make sure there's something for everyone to further their development.
Every few months the Techspace team invite Techspacers, members and partners to join an intimate invite-only off-site. These dinners are hosted for senior team members to share their business challenges, meet their neighbours and discuss the topic of the evening. Each dinner is is a facilitated conversation, usually with thought provoking debate.
ScaleUP Europe is designed to support emerging leaders. Empowering professional and personal development by connecting members with other scaleup team leaders. Once a month we meet in person breaking off into functional groups to share challenges, learn from peers and enjoy a few drinks afterwards!
