Our Shoreditch building is a more exclusive community, with space for no more than 10 companies in total, made up of units for 10 to 70 desks. This boutique-style size makes it a unique space for teams to work side by side in one of our private offices in Shoreditch, and sets it apart from competitor options that tend to be larger, and more crowded. All companies get their own private, dedicated units for privacy, but also benefit from shared breakout areas within the building; including the members' lounge, various phone booths and most importantly 10 shared meeting rooms that offer members a variety of layouts to choose from. Shoreditch also offers a 2,000 square foot event space, called The Loading Bay, which is where Techspace run their member events and programming for members in London, but also can be rented externally for meet-ups, conferences and team all hands.
