9-13 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AF
Just a short walk from Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, our new location sits in the heart of London’s innovation corridor — perfectly placed for companies looking to scale in one of the city’s best-connected neighbourhoods.
St Andrew will offer a new tailored environment for scaling teams, with private office units ranging from 8 to 32 desks, ideal for startups and scaleups ready for their next chapter. A 6-minute walk from both Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, the location offers exceptional connectivity in the heart of London’s innovation corridor.
This project is also a case study in repositioning older buildings for the future. Working in partnership with the landlord, we are delivering a full refurbishment — from strip-out to fit-out — with sustainability and efficiency at its core. Original materials, like glass partitioning, are being reused wherever possible. Gas systems are being removed in favour of all-electric, renewably powered energy. And with new MEP systems in place, the building’s EPC rating has jumped from an E to a B — making it both greener and more cost-efficient to run.
