Our Eiswerk building is based across the road, a short distance from our neighbouring Shoreditch location on Luke St. Offering members of this building access to additional amenities such as extra bike storage, meeting rooms, members' lounge and an event space. Inside our Scrutton St building the units are light and airy, and have a suitably studio-style to them. All units are furnished throughout, and have their own kitchen facilities and meeting rooms on each floor. This building also enjoys parking facilities, terraces and some units have their own showers. Right in the centre of Shoreditch, this building is popular for its proximity to Liverpool St station, Shoreditch overground station, and Old St station. It's also neatly directly opposite Padella Shoreditch, for those of you who are pasta lovers!
Our Whitechapel building is a short walk from Aldgate and Aldgate East stations, which provide great access to the city via Metropolitan, District and Circle lines. It's also a stone's throw from the south entrance to Brick Lane which feeds the natural vibe of the area. Inside this building offers companies completely self-contained floors on every level, over 6 floors. Companies have their own entrance, kitchen, meeting rooms and breakout spaces. This offers businesses an unparalleled opportunity to customise the floors to their own needs. Showers are available for those cycling into work, alongside secure bike storage in the basement. Our Aldgate East building is not more than 100 yards from our Whitechapel location, with similarly great transport links into the city. This large 6 level industrial-style building includes triple aspect windows throughout, which allows floods of light into each floor on every level. Left to expose its natural concrete features, the style of this building favours those who appreciate a more creative setting than a corporate one. On the top floor a shared roof terrace with wooden decking overlooks the area, and on a sunny day offers up a lovely spot to sit and have lunch. It also offers a great location for weekly yoga during the Summer, but not recommended in the Winter months! Floors in this building are vast open plan layouts with big kitchens. This location also has parking facilities, reception and bike storage.
Our Eiswerk building is vast warehouse building on Kopinicker Strasse on the banks of the river opposite Holzmarkt. With space for 25 companies the building is made up of units ranging between 6 to 70 desks, though some units can be combined to cater for businesses who need up to 140 desks. This wonderful old ice storage warehouse is part of a unique historical site and looks out towards the Eiswerk Factory building (complete with its infamous chimney stack). Inside, the building consists of 7 floors, with a cafe on the ground floor which is catered for members only. Meeting rooms on the ground floor are available to book on demand for members and guests. The building is an iconic landmark and throughout this wonderful interior you are likely to find a lot of the original exposed brickwork, and features.
Our Kreuzberg building is a courtyard layout, which is typical for Berlin architecture, therefore making 2 internal private courtyards available for members to enjoy. Based on Lobeckstrasse this location has superb connections via the U8 on U Moritzplatz. Inside the building there's space for 20 companies with units ranging from 6 to 84 desks, although some of the larger units can be connected via the private courtyards to make a larger self-contained unit for ~170 desks. This light and airy building has high ceilings and industrial features throughout. The courtyard has ping pong and swings as well as breakout tables for lunch, and proved very popular all year round. Parking is also available at the rear of the building via the access tunnel seen at the front. This building also has an event space called The Annex, which is a members' lounge during the day, but can be rented out for functions.
