What does exceptional leadership look like? What type of leader do you want to become? And what’s holding you back? Define your own leadership styles, and begin exploring your strengths and weaknesses to unlock the next steps in your leadership journey.
Without question, headwinds always blow hardest when you’re stressed, you’re pulled in different directions and all the while your team is looking to you for direction and clarity. In this workshop we look at techniques to deal with different situations so you can competently lead your team through the storm.
Communication will always be key to success, but how you communicate can be just as important. Learn storytelling techniques and practice messaging to level up. What you practice here will give you more buy-in with key stakeholders around you, and build trust with senior management team.
We look at why feedback is so important, as well as learning how to structure, frame and deliver effective feedback. We'll also build your tooling to resolve conflict and disputes within your team, as well as managing conflict in your own relationships.
How do you build a performance culture as a leader? Looking at the practical applications for designing a workplace in a hybrid world. As part of this work we will also look at the importance of inclusion, diversity and discrimination in the workplace.

Cohort learning continually delivers the best development outcomes for participants. So all workshops will be delivered in-person.
It's important to give participants space to absorb, reflect and act. That's why we've chosen to schedule sessions on a timeline that maximises the learning benefits.
Cohorts will be hosted at Techspace Shoreditch in East London. We'll book the same meeting room every session. This will be our 'safe space'.
