London, 23rd July 2025 — Techspace, the workspace provider for growth-minded tech and creative companies, is set to open its 7th London location — a newly refurbished 20,000 sq ft building in Central London between Chancery Lane and Farringdon, opening this November.

Just a short walk from Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, the new location sits in the heart of London’s innovation corridor — perfectly placed for companies looking to scale in one of the city’s best-connected neighbourhoods.

The announcement follows the successful launch of Techspace’s flagship site on Goswell Road in 2024, now home to the London AI Hub and a growing community of AI and climate tech startups. With demand for well-designed HQs continuing to grow, this new opening marks the next step in Techspace’s London growth story.

The new building will offer a tailored environment for scaling teams, with private office units ranging from 8 to 32 desks, ideal for startups and scaleups ready for their next chapter. A 6-minute walk from both Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, the location offers exceptional connectivity in the heart of London’s innovation corridor.

Spaces Designed for Ambition

Spread over six bright, characterful floors, the building has been reimagined to support the needs of scaling teams — with private offices for 8 to 32 desks, a member café-bar, fully equipped meeting suite, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Farringdon.

Other features include:

  • A welcoming café-bar on the ground floor for spontaneous meetings and social moments
  • A suite of fully-fitted meeting rooms on the lower ground floor
  • A top-floor, self-contained office with its own private terrace
  • A dedicated wellbeing room
  • Secure bike storage and showers

Smart Reuse. Low Impact. High Performance.
This project is also a case study in repositioning older buildings for the future. Working in partnership with the landlord, Techspace is delivering a full refurbishment — from strip-out to fit-out — with sustainability and efficiency at its core.

Original materials, like glass partitioning, are being reused wherever possible. Gas systems are being removed in favour of all-electric, renewably powered energy. And with new MEP systems in place, the building’s EPC rating has jumped from an E to a B — making it both greener and more cost-efficient to run.

A New Home for the Next Generation of Innovators

“With Goswell Road, we saw first-hand how the right space, in the right location, can be a catalyst for scaling teams,” said Jonathan Bevan, CEO at Techspace. “This next site builds on that success — giving ambitious companies the environment they need to perform, connect, and grow.”

Pre-letting is now underway, with doors opening in November 2025.
