Every year on Earth Day, we publish our People & Planet Report — a document that holds us accountable to the values we build around. It brings together our environmental data, our community initiatives, and the decisions we've made across our spaces, our team, and our wider ecosystem. It's not a marketing exercise, but rather, a way to track the execution of our commitments.

We do this because we believe that how you run a business matters as much as what the business does. Our members are ambitious, values-led companies – and it's important to us that the environment they work in reflects those same commitments. Transparency is how trust is built, and this report is our way of being transparent about where we're making progress, where we still have work to do, and what we're doing about it.

This year's report covers a lot of ground. We opened St Andrew Street, built with sustainability at its core. We said goodbye to Aldgate East responsibly, giving them to local schools instead of landfill. We moved all London sites to First Mile, our zero-to-landfill waste partner, launched The Techspace Pod to amplify the voices of our community and more.
