Last night we officially opened the doors at Techspace St Andrew Street, and it already feels like it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do.

70 founders, operators, partners and first-time visitors came together just moments from Chancery Lane and Holborn to mark the launch of our newest London space. Cocktails flowing, games dotted around the building, and conversations that felt very Techspace from the get-go.

The energy’s been building all month. Only last week, St Andrew Street hosted the Justice AI Hackathon with partners including the Ministry of Justice, Lovable and GoodTech Ventures with the winning team, Pathway AI, now joining the London community.

From the Tech Library to the artwork and member illustrations layered throughout the space, St Andrew Street reflects what we care about most: technology and creativity, championing our members, and designing spaces that respect the past while being built for what’s next.

We also added in some friendly competition (with some prizes from our member companies including tickets to Sifted Summit 2026 and Magic AI’s fitness mirror). It was a pretty perfect way to celebrate our first month open!
