This updated People & Planet strategy sets our overarching north star, with checkpoints through our annual reports that we launch every Earth Day. We are keeping the same four pillars but focusing entirely on how we deliver against them: more measurable, more deeply embedded in operations and more ambitious.

These iterations in our strategy will guide us this year:

• From commitment to delivery: Focusing on progress and reporting honestly, including where we fall short.
• From proposed to owned: Every pillar now has a named owner on the leadership team, with progress reviewed every two months.
• From footprint to influence: Using our position with members and suppliers to push transparency beyond Techspace.

As our CEO Jonathan Bevan notes: "This year is about momentum, not perfection. We will keep measuring, improving, and being honest about both."
