Our offices in Shoreditch are based in one of the most popular destinations in East London for a number of reasons, not least its proximity to Tech City and Silicon Roundabout (aka, Old St roundabout) and Liverpool St station. With characterful warehouse-style stock throughout, the creative epicentre of London has thrived over the last 10 years, now making it a cultural epicentre for counter-culture, fashion and, more recently, tech companies looking for a modern office space in Shoreditch.
Techspace Shoreditch is equidistant from Shoreditch Overground station nr. Shoreditch High St, and Old St Underground, but also benefits from the more corporate city commuters who get into Liverpool St station; roughly an 8 min walk.
Lunch spots are plentiful in this area, with Great Eastern St and Curtain Road boasting lots of bars, hotels, cafes and restaurants for lunch or dinner. Coffee shops within a stones' throw include The Attendant, Ozone Coffee and, our personal favourite, Alchemy Coffee (which is neatly placed a few minutes walk from Luke St within the Zetland House complex). Pubs are also plentiful including tech hotspots like The Fox, and The Griffin nearby. Hotels include The Hoxton, Shoreditch and The Mondrian which both have rooftop bars that overlook the city.

The Studio
Tailored to remote and hybrid teams, entrepreneurs and freelancers, the Studio is our most flexible on-demand workspace. Book a hotdesk and make use of electric sit/stand desks, private phone booths, our fully-stocked kitchen and break-out areas. Take a break at our café, with barista-made coffee and a snack. Joining us regularly? Apply for a monthly Membership. Techspace members in need of extra room or a little variety can book on-the-go via our app.
Events at The Loading Bay
The Loading Bay is a 2,000 sq ft venue known for its industrial design, ideal location in the heart of the London tech ecosystem and views over Mark Square.
Flooded with natural light thanks to the double-height south facing windows, your guests will instantly feel at ease in The Loading Bay.
With space for 100 seated or 200 standing the open plan space is perfect for hosting workshops, small technology conferences, product launches, company away days, networking events and even your Christmas party!
