Unless another agreement is put in place separately, we pay broker partners for referrals that lead to a sale. We will pay 10% of the contract value that we agree with a client for each month during the first 12 months of their contract with us.
We pay broker fees quarterly in advance. In other words, 25% is paid once the client's initial payment has cleared, and then 25% every 3 months until the initial 12 months are paid.
If a contract is fixed for less than 12 months, Techspace will pay 10% of the contract value for the fixed period. If the contract ends before 12 months, Techspace will pay you for the months that the contract was in place.
